      To ensure a seamless transaction experience, we process all payments directly through our website. We kindly ask that payments be made through our platform and refrain from using third-party providers, except under exceptional circumstances.

      All services are to be settled in full. Some services may require a non-refundable deposit. Upon completion of the project, any outstanding balance must be settled within 7 business days. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the project.

      Our policy dictates that all sales are final.


      As part of our commitment to client satisfaction, we are happy to accommodate requests for revisions if a client is unsatisfied with our services. However, we are unable to process refunds for instances of buyer's remorse.

      In the event that a client chooses to cancel their services, we regret to inform that refunds will not be issued.


      We retain the right to refuse or cancel services at our discretion. While cancellations are rare, if deemed necessary, clients will be duly accommodated.

      Communication & Ghost Policy

      Effective communication is essential, which is why we conduct all correspondence via email. We strive to respond to all emails within 1 to 3 business days.

      Kindly respond within an appropriate timeframe, otherwise, your order may be considered abandoned.

      For certain services, clients will receive a design form, which must be completed within 1 to 3 business days to ensure timely processing. In cases where additional time is required, we encourage clients to communicate their needs promptly.

      Projects that remain dormant for 30 days or more may be subject to a restart fee ranging from 10% to 25% of the total service cost.

      Proofs & Revisions

      Clients are provided with design proofs before final files are delivered. These proofs are exclusively for review purposes and are not to be distributed, sold, or replicated.

      Each service comes with a specific revision limit. Should a client exceed this limit, additional fees may apply. It's important to note that revisions are intended for minor adjustments only. Requests for complete redesigns will incur a separate fee.


      The duration of our services varies, typically ranging from 7 to 21 business days. However, branding packages may require 4 to 6 weeks for completion.

      While we endeavor to meet deadlines promptly, please understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally extend our timeframes. Factors such as high order volumes, personal emergencies, health issues, or technical challenges may impact delivery times.

      Clients are kindly requested to furnish all necessary information required to initiate the service. Work will commence only once all requisite details have been provided.
